We are capable of producing industrial castings in our DISA machine as well as by hand molding for the automobile, mining, construction, earth moving and steel industries. Products: flywheels, brake drums, pulleys, as well as couplings.

Material :
Grey Iron (ASTM A48 / GJL-200) or Ductile Iron (ASTM A536 / GGG-50)

Machining :
We are able to supply CNC machined castings, forgings and steel/brass stock

Turning - We can turn from 30 mm to 1500 mm Diameter in CNC turning machinesMilling – We can mill up to 1000 mm x 10000 mm x 1000 mm using machines from Haas, Fritz Warner, Huron and other state of the art of machines 

In addition, we also have 30 conventional lathes, drilling machines, planers, plano-millers, and drilling machines in house.
