We at Crescent Foundry, are leading pioneers in making heavy duty Grey Iron and Ductile Iron castings for applications at Airports and Ports in India and Overseas. Our products have been approved in different Ports and Airport authorities around the globe. We manufacture products as per globally accepted EN-124 standards. We have state of the art in house CNC machines for pattern making wherein we can develop new patterns with 2 weeks.
These are multiple covers set side by side to cover a large pit size. Covers are convenient to handle as these are hinged and are of low weight. If required covers can also be taken off from the frame.
The items are used where foul smell is not desired or where water leakage is harmful. Covers are used on sewerage lines close to terminal buildings as Pit Covers on cable duct lines. The covers are recess type and are to be filled with Concrete or any other filling material. The covers thus get merged with the surroundings and give an aesthetic look.
Crescent offers a wide range of Linear Gratings used for drainage of storm water. Item set is consisting of a Grate and two rails on both sides as standard design. The Gratings is available in a range of profiles to suit different applications, and can be custom made to suit your specification.
Access Hatches are formed from Galvanized Mild Steel Plate as standard. They are designed to sit in a preformed recess, making our Hatch flush with the floor surface. The hinged, self-locking grid provides an extended handhold for safe ladder decent when in the open position, which can be used during emergency. The grid also acts as a physical barrier to prevent accidental lid closure when open. The Covers are spring loaded and can be opened from inside as well as outside and can be latched.
