Crescent Foundry is the leading manufacturer of highest quality Grey Iron and Ductile Iron castings in India for Drainage and Sewerage usage. We manufacture products as per globally accepted EN-124 standards .Over 5000 patterns are readily available for production. We have state of the art in house CNC machines for pattern making wherein we can develop new patterns with 2 weeks.
The items are used where foul smell is not desired or where water leakage is harmful. Covers are used on sewerage lines close to terminal buildings as Pit Covers on cable duct lines. The covers are recess type and are to be filled with Concrete or any other filling material. The covers thus get merged with the surroundings and give an aesthetic look.
Our drainage accessories comprise of a wide range of gratings products, manufactured to suit a multitude of applications. All the major products under trench grates and frames are made out of Grey Iron and Ductile Iron.
We manufacture grey cast iron and ductile iron manhole riser rings / extension rings / repaving rings / paving riser rings as well as fabricated mild steel riser rings. All the products are available in ASTM A48 Class 35B. Steel Riser rings are made of ASTM A36 steel and galvanized as per ASTM A123 (if required). Fabricated Mild Steel Riser Rings are specially designed to allow for small variances in Manhole Rings.
Also available to valve boxes.
We manufacture plastic water distribution and drainage products like plastic drainage channels, plastic drainage pit and plastic water meter box. We also manufacture plastic rebar supports like bar chairs, mesh chairs and wheel chairs.

- Plastic Manholes made of Poly Propelyne. Sizes and design can be customized. Light Duty Purpose.
We supply investment casting in stainless steel (grade 304/316) as well as copper alloy castings.
- Crescent has been supplying items as per drawing for Pollution control and related industry. Crescent can take up fabrication for similar use.
We manufacture decorative garden & street furniture in gray cast iron and ductile iron, an example of which is Tree grates (tree surround, street grate, tree grille).Tree grates provides an excellent & aesthetic way to help integrate trees into the urban landscape. Tree grates provide enough space for the tree while allowing free flow of traffic over the tree planting area. Crescent offers a large array of sizes, shapes, and styles to choose from. All castings are available in ASTM A48 Class 35B .

A Bollard normally is a short vertical post with a wide landscape & architectural application, but extensively used for control of both vehicular and pedestrian traffic, in cities & on highways.
