It will not be out of place to mention that CRESCENT FOUNDRY is an engineering unit. The company has been founded by an engineer and there after engineers have effectively put their thoughts and action in place to give shape to CRESCENT. It can provide one stop shop from DRAWING TO DISPATCH in one company.
Design
We have qualified designers who use CAD to make various drawings required for pattern making, core boxes, jigs and fixtures, machining, finishing and inspection.
Manufacturing
CRESCENT has installed five CNC machines and routers to manufacture patterns in house. This team also takes care of pattern maintenance and modifications.
Productionizing
Each factory has a team which takes the pattern, follows and fine tunes the process and develops samples as per our customer's requirements.
